1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of your use of the wingiler44, accessible via the wingiler44.ws website and any associated mobile applications. These Terms are supplementary to the Privacy Policy and any game- or promotion-specific terms available on the platform.

By creating an account at wingiler44, making a deposit, using any platform feature, or simply browsing the website, you automatically accept and agree to these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance of these terms is an absolute prerequisite for using the services of wingiler44.

2Member Eligibility

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at wingiler44. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of our terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances and winnings.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested. wingiler44 is not liable for any losses arising from false or incomplete information provided by the member.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

wingiler44 accepts deposits via a variety of valid payment methods supported in Malaysia. All deposits are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• All payment methods must be registered under the member's own name. The use of third-party accounts for deposits is not permitted.
• wingiler44 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges.
• Completed deposits cannot be unilaterally cancelled or reversed by the member.
• If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact customer support wingiler44 with proof of transaction.

5Withdrawal

Member wingiler44 may withdraw their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Accounts must be verified (KYC completed) for withdrawals exceeding RM 500.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.
• Any active bonus must meet its wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 to 30 minutes for standard requests, and up to 24 hours for requests requiring further review.
• wingiler44 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals deemed high-risk before approving them.

6Bonuses & Promotions

wingiler44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general bonus terms are as follows:

• Wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus must be wagered 30 times).
• Bonuses are valid for one account, one IP address, one device, and one payment method only. Using multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses constitutes fraud.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be directly converted to cash, or used on ineligible games (where specified in the bonus terms).

7Game Rules

• All game outcomes are final once a round is completed. No appeals may be made against valid game results.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, wingiler44 reserves the right to void or re-spin the round in question. Decisions made by the technical team are final.
• The use of any automated software (bots), cheating tools, or other unauthorised means to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited.
• Bets placed after the deadline has expired are void and will be cancelled automatically.

8Member Conduct & Responsibilities

Member wingiler44 are expected to behave responsibly and treat all parties on the platform with respect. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Attempts to hack, attack, or disrupt the systems or infrastructure of wingiler44.
• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment towards other members or staff wingiler44 through any communication channel.
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing another party to access your account.
• Acting in a manner that is detrimental to the reputation or business interests of wingiler44.

Any violation of the above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable.

9Account Suspension & Closure

wingiler44 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member does not meet eligibility requirements (underage, non-Malaysian resident, etc.).
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member.
• Account inactivity for more than 24 consecutive months.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, wingiler44 reserves the right to hold any account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If no misconduct is established, the balance will be returned to the member within 14 business days.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support wingiler44. Valid balances will be refunded once all withdrawal conditions have been met.

10Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, wingiler44 is not liable for:

• Financial losses or missed winnings arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance, or events beyond our control.
• Deposit or withdrawal delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Loss of or unauthorised access to an account due to the member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Game outcomes that are unsatisfactory to the member – all games on wingiler44 uses an audited RNG and all outcomes are random.

11Privacy & Data Protection
